Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and btd22 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the online betting and gaming services available at btd22.io.

btd22 operates as an online sports betting and casino platform primarily serving players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English and all monetary transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless expressly stated otherwise.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and btd22.

Eligibility

To register and use the btd22 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. btd22 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Age verification is a mandatory step in the registration process.
• You must be an individual person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities may not register player accounts.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or close family member of any employee of btd22 or any of its game content providers, payment processors, or technology suppliers where such relationship creates a conflict of interest in respect of betting outcomes.

btd22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending further review.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on btd22. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where btd22 identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual, all accounts except the first verified account may be suspended, and any balances or pending winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activities conducted using your login credentials are your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify btd22 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

btd22 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing any withdrawal request, when cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or where btd22 has reason to verify the source of funds. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

btd22 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be added or removed at btd22's discretion. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location within Bangladesh.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction request. btd22 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your btd22 balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 24 hours to reflect, subject to the processing times of the issuing bank. btd22 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method registered under your account only. btd22 does not redirect withdrawals to accounts, wallets, or cards that differ from the method used for deposit without completion of additional verification. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 3 business days following verification clearance.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, transactions, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). btd22 does not facilitate multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are outside btd22's control and are your responsibility.

4.6 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit and wager funds that belong to you. You must not use funds sourced from illegal activity, borrowed funds, or funds held on behalf of a third party. btd22 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to withhold processing of withdrawals pending satisfactory explanation.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers made available by btd22 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. These terms include, but are not limited to, a minimum qualifying deposit, a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x), an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be met, eligible games or betting markets, and minimum odds requirements for sports betting bonuses.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Where a player requests a withdrawal of real-money funds while a bonus is active, btd22 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated bonus winnings before processing the withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

btd22 actively monitors accounts for patterns of play that indicate bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion with other players. Where abuse is identified, btd22 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and restrict or close the account.

5.4 Modifications to Offers

btd22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of btd22 and acceptance of a promotion is subject to the eligibility criteria of that specific offer.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is not accepted until you have received a written confirmation reference number from btd22. In the event of technical issues occurring before confirmation is issued, the bet is not binding on either party. Once a confirmation reference is issued, the bet is binding and may not be cancelled by the player.

6.2 Odds and Market Suspension

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. btd22 reserves the right to suspend any market at any time, particularly in response to significant news events, match incidents, or suspicious betting patterns. In-play markets may be suspended momentarily during key match events.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned without the required minimum amount of play being completed; an obvious pricing error that resulted in odds materially different from the true market price; technical faults that caused a bet to be accepted after the relevant market should have been suspended.

6.4 Maximum Payout

Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day apply. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface. btd22 reserves the right to limit the size of any bet accepted from any player at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

6.5 Prohibited Betting Conduct

The following betting activities are strictly prohibited and will result in bet cancellation, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of balances: arbitrage betting across multiple platforms using btd22 as one leg; use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to place bets; placing bets based on insider information relating to the outcome of an event; match-fixing or any form of corruption affecting the event on which a bet has been placed.

Casino Games

Casino game outcomes — including slots, live dealer games, virtual table games, and instant win products — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by independent third-party game studios, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. btd22 does not operate a proprietary RNG and has no ability to influence game outcomes.

Game rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are the responsibility of the respective game studio and are accessible within the game interface. Account Suspension and Closure

btd22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void any balance or pending winnings, in the event of any of the following:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Use of cheating software, exploits, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed toward btd22 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Instruction from a relevant authority or pursuant to any legal obligation.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btd22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

btd22's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of bets placed by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

btd22 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. btd22 will use reasonable commercial efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

Privacy

btd22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the btd22 Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the binding agreement between you and btd22.

btd22 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except where required for the purpose of processing your transactions, completing KYC verification, complying with legal obligations, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms

btd22 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or are necessary to address an urgent security matter, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent effective date supersedes all prior versions. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this page and in the page header.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the btd22 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting btd22 support and allowing a reasonable period for investigation and response.

btd22 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
